GetHairPro – Terms & Conditions


Article 1 – Definitions

  • Cooling-Off Period: 14 calendar days in which you may cancel your purchase without providing a reason.

  • Consumer: An individual purchasing for personal use, not related to business activities.

  • Day: A calendar day.

  • Distance Contract: A purchase agreement made via the GetHairPro website or other remote means.

  • Durable Medium: A format that allows consumers to store and reproduce information unchanged (e.g., email).

  • Entrepreneur: GetHairPro, the company offering haircare products online.

  • Right of Withdrawal: The consumer’s right to cancel the contract within the 14-day cooling-off period.

  • Remote Communication Tools: Platforms like websites and emails used to complete purchases.


Article 2 – Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and agreements made via the GetHairPro website.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms. A digital copy will be made available before checkout.

In case of discrepancies, the interpretation most favorable to the consumer shall apply.


Article 3 – The Offer

All product offers from GetHairPro:

  • Include clear descriptions, pricing, and terms

  • Display illustrative images (actual product may vary slightly)

  • State total costs including taxes and shipping

  • Clearly mention if the Right of Withdrawal applies

Offers are subject to availability and may be updated or withdrawn before order confirmation.


Article 4 – Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed when payment is successfully processed at checkout.

GetHairPro will:

  • Confirm your order via email

  • Securely handle personal and payment data

  • Reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, fraud, or stock issues


Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal

You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Requests must be submitted via email or contact form

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of cancellation request

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of return or proof of return


Article 6 – Returns & Refunds

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method

  • Damaged or used items may be subject to partial refunds


Article 7 – Pricing

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors prior to order confirmation

  • Buyers outside our region are responsible for customs duties or import fees

Article 9 – Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders ship within 1–3 business days

  • Delivery typically occurs within 3–15 business days, depending on location

  • Delays will be communicated

  • If delivery exceeds 30 days, you may cancel for a full refund

  • In case of out-of-stock items, we may offer alternatives—acceptance is optional


Article 10 – Subscriptions (If Applicable)

  • Open-ended subscriptions may be canceled with 30 days' notice

  • Fixed-term subscriptions won’t auto-renew unless stated

  • Subscriptions over 12 months can be canceled after the first year


Article 11 – Payment

  • Payments are required at checkout unless agreed otherwise

GetHairPro is not liable for delays due to events beyond our control, such as:

  • Natural disasters

  • Public health crises

  • Shipping disruptions

  • Power or internet outages

  • Civil unrest

Obligations will be paused during such disruptions.


Article 15 – Governing Law

Where applicable, consumer protection laws take precedence over conflicting terms.


Article 16 – Updates to Terms
